Your Role:

• Support the class teacher in delivering fun and engaging lessons that capture the imagination of Year 1 students.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to ensure every child is included in the learning process.
• Help manage classroom activities and maintain a positive, nurturing environment.
• Assist in preparing and organizing classroom resources to create an inviting and stimulating space for learning.
• Encourage social development by helping students build friendships and practice good behavior.

About You:

• You have a natural ability to connect with young children and inspire a love of learning.
• Experience working with Year 1 students or in a similar role is a big plus.
• You're creative, energetic, and ready to make every day in the classroom an adventure.
• You're patient, understanding, and committed to supporting the individual needs of each child.
