The Company

You will be working for a privately owned and fiercely independent nationwide supplier of maintenance services. They serve corporate, public sector and managing agent clients, with sites from Aberdeen to Cornwall and Kent. Their clients rely on them to manage offices, commercial properties, retail sites, schools, universities, hospitals, hotels, laboratories, luxury residential units and historic listed buildings.

The Role - Foot Maintenance Electrician

Our client is looking to recruit a permanent maintenance electrician to be based in the centre of Birmingham covering multiple commercial sites

The successful Foot Maintenance Electrician will be responsible for covering planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of M&E building systems.

Previous experience working on the following will be beneficial:

* Electrical systems (Emergency lighting, back-up power etc.)

* HVAC

* AHUs

* FCUs

* BMS

* Comms

* Fire and Security systems

* Generators

Foot Maintenance Electrician - Typical Duties

* Planned and reactive maintenance

* General building services maintenance

* Responding to call outs

* Fault finding, service and maintenance

Required Qualifications:

* C&G level 3 or equivalent

* C&G 236/2330 Parts 1 & 2 Preferred

* 17th Edition/ 18th Edition Electrical Regulations preferred

* C&G 2391 or 2394/5 is desirable but not essential

Foot Maintenance Electrician Package:

* Salary Package: up to £35,000 basic

* Monday to Friday, Days role

* 23 days annual leave
