We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Systemic Family Psychotherapist to join our Eating Disorder Inpatient Service and Outpatient Therapy Service. In this role, you will help lead therapeutic care, deliver systemic family therapy, and work alongside a dedicated team of professionals to ensure the highest standards of care for our patients.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Specialist Therapy: Deliver systemic family therapy assessments and interventions for patients within our Eating Disorder Unit and Outpatient Therapy Service.
* Care Planning & Collaboration: Participate in care planning, assessments, and ward rounds. Contribute to MDT (Multidisciplinary Team) discussions, ensuring that treatment plans are aligned with patients' holistic needs.
* Therapeutic Support: Lead psycho-educational sessions, run parent support groups, and offer tailored advice on the psychological care of patients and their families.
* Leadership Role: Help guide and develop staff within the therapeutic team by offering systemic consultations and facilitating reflective practice groups. Your leadership will help shape the team's approach to systemic thinking and evidence-based care.
* Outpatient Service: Provide therapy sessions within our Day Care Therapy Service, offering ongoing support to patients after their inpatient care, ensuring continuity of care for those who need it most.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualifications:
* Systemic Family Psychotherapist registered with the UKCP (via the College of Family, Couple, and Systemic Therapy).
* MSc in Family Therapies (or equivalent).
* Experience:
* Proven experience in 1:1 therapy, family therapy, and group work.
* Experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings is ideal.
* Experience working with Eating Disorders is desirable, but not essential.
* Strong understanding of risk assessment and management within clinical settings.
* Key Skills:
* Excellent communication and consultation skills.
* Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
* Passion for working with individuals and families to provide holistic, evidence-based care.
