Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of facilities management, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained.
Conduct pre-move-in and pre-move-out inspections with clients.
Continuously assess the centre and recommend improvements.
Conduct regular client service reviews and address client complaints effectively.
Build strong relationships through exceptional communication and problem-solving.
Introduce improvements that enhance efficiency and performance
Lead by example with a motivational and energetic leadership style.
Ensure staff are well-trained, engaged, and equipped to excel. About you:
