Able to program and set effectively to optimise cycle times

· Be aware of tooling available and utilise accordingly

· Ensure every job is clocked onto and time recorded

· Program and set machine within allocated time or improve where possible

· Ensure correct information logged on to tooling sheets including ensuring that any amendments are updated accordingly

· Able to recall saved programs and ensuring any amendments to program are correctly saved

· Ensure component submitted for first off inspection meets drawing requirements first time

· Where practical, pre-set/program ready for next job
