Job Duties:

Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures
Inspecting and maintaining scaffold equipment
Following safety procedures and regulations
Working at heights and in various weather conditions
Collaborating with team members and other construction workers

Required Qualifications:

Valid CISRS Scaffolder card
Health and Safety certification
Physical fitness and strength
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

GCSEs or equivalent

Experience:

Prior experience as a Scaffolder

Knowledge and Skills:

Understanding of scaffold design and construction
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
Problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional training in scaffolding
Experience working on construction sites

Working Conditions:

Outdoor work in various weather conditions
Working at heights
Use of safety equipment
Physical demands including lifting and carrying heavy materials
