Rate: Competitive (Rates are based on the ASHP Unit only. if you can get a team for electrical and solar, rates increase)

We are looking for an experienced Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) Engineer to work on an ongoing contract retrofitting properties across Cardiff. This role involves carrying out full ASHP installations, from first fix to commissioning for a well-established renewable energy contractor.

Role Responsibilities:

* Installing ASHP systems in retrofit properties

* Completing full turnkey heating solutions

* Diagnosing and resolving system issues

* Ensuring work meets industry regulations and safety standards

Requirements:

* Previous experience in ASHP installations, particularly in retrofit properties

* Relevant qualifications (G3 Unvented, NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing & Heating or equivalent)

* Strong understanding of heating and hot water systems

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is an ongoing contract with a contractor that has secured new projects, offering consistent work for the right engineer.
