Description

As the Financial Accountant you will be responsible for:

• Final Accounts close down
• Completing statutory returns (WGA)
• Closure of year end accounts and the processing of adjusting journals
• Support budget holders and ensure financial data is accurate

Profile

The interim Financial Accountant will have completed a similar role in a local authority previously and ideally holds a full accounting qualification (CIPFA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA). Must be available to start at short notice.
