Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

Stratford upon Avon

Salary up to circa £45,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications

We are working with a well-established, Lexcel and CQS accredited law firm, who are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their growing Residential Conveyancing team in Stratford upon Avon.

The role will involve:

Running a caseload of conveyancing matters from start to finish
Managing conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, registered and unregistered titles
Use of a case management system
Liaising with clients, mortgage lenders, solicitors and estate agentsSuitable candidates will have:

A minimum of 12 months' experience in a residential conveyancing fee earning role
Knowledge of the full conveyancing process from start to finish
Experience of using a legal case management systemThis a permanent, full-time office-based job working 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
