In Plant Ink Manager - Global Ink ManufacturerLocation: Onsite at Customer Facility

AYG Chemical has partnered with a leading global ink manufacturer to find an experienced and driven In-Plant Ink Manager. This key role will be based onsite at one of their customer’s facilities, where you will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth, high-quality ink operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of press returns and ensure proper housekeeping standards.
• Manage QC returns and maintain the highest quality standards in ink production.
• Handle process color production, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
• Regularly check stock levels and replenish dispensers as needed.
• Coordinate production planning, ink issuing, and ink estimation to meet daily production goals.
• Lead color management efforts, including color matching and quality control.
• Manage stock levels by coordinating deliveries and maintaining inventory records.
• Perform administrative tasks related to ink management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Printer or In-Plant Ink Technician is essential.
• Strong color-matching skills with knowledge of formulation practices is highly desirable.
• Proven leadership and management abilities.
