Key Responsibilities:

Promote positive change by using social work methods, models, and tools to help individuals achieve greater independence and manage risks of abuse and neglect.

Make professional judgments within the relevant legal and policy frameworks.

Carry out thorough assessments of individuals' needs for care and support, develop plans to meet those needs, support clients in implementing those plans, and regularly review and reassess them.

Essential Requirements:

Degree/Masters in Social Work and SWE registration.

*

2+ years of post-qualification experience.

In-depth knowledge of UK social care legislation and practice.
