2 days in Office, 3 days field based.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 09.00am till 5.00pm with 30 minutes lunch.

Job Role

· In a dynamic fast paced environment, you will act as the face of their company.

· Job will be a hybrid role of office and field-based mix.

· Playing a critical role in customer interactions.

· Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be required to balance lead times and the customers' expectations.

· You will be keen to solve customer problems, and interested in following up to understand how things are progressing.

· You are tenacious, proactive, and interested in helping customers.

· Able to quickly integrate into a small team.

· Fact Finding.

· Organising and planning visits with current companies.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and engage with customers.

· Regular face to face meetings with customers.

· Identify new opportunities near our current customers and help build long term business.

· Keep on top of regular customer order patterns and ensure these come in as expected.

· Support the Business Manager with sales growth within your customer base.

· Previous experience in an outwardly facing role.

· Personable, sociable, and engaging personality.

· Be well presented.

· Pro-active problem solver.

· Motivated to learn and be helpful.

· Commercially minded with strong organisational skills.

· Clear communication and problem-solving abilities.

· Negotiation skills.

· Based near Site.

· Clean UK driver's License.
