Salary: Up to £50,000 basic depending on experience plus benefits including private healthcare, pension, flexible working hours, free food, training courses

About the Company

Are you a customer focused B2B marketer with experience in customer advocacy, customer reference and events? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We're assisting an award winning global B2B marketing agency with the hiring of a Customer Marketing Manager to work on one client - one of the largest and most well-known tech companies in the world. You'll be embedded in the client team, working on site occasionally at their office, so this is a bit of a hybrid between an agency and in-house role. You'll be employed by the agency, giving you the perks and exposure of being in a dynamic B2B marketing agency environment. Whilst at the same time you'll be able to embed yourself in one client, where your role will have the dynamic of an in-house role.

About the Customer Marketing Manager

You'll work on B2B customer marketing for a hugely exciting tech company - a global giant and leader in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Marketing Manager:  

  • Work on customer advocacy and customer reference marketing projects.
  • Develop customer success stories and content, leveraging your storytelling and content skills.
  • Manage customer presence at high profile events.
  • Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Drive growth through customer advocacy and customer stories.

About You

This position would suit someone with strong B2B customer marketing and advocacy experience. You'll be proactive and driven, with a track record of exceeding expectations. You'll be interested in developing your customer advocacy experience with one of the leading tech companies in the world.
