A primary school in the York area are looking for an Administrator (admin) / School receptionist to work in the reception area of the school. The full-time role would begin in January 2025 and will run until at least the Easter break, in the first instance.
It is essential you have had previous school experience and have experience working alongside children and adults. You will be offered training and shown all relevant procedures. The working hours coincide with school opening times.
Applications without previous working in a school experience will not be considered.
To be considered for the school admin role, you must:
Have experience working within a school office / reception area
Be computer literate
Able to deal quick and effectively with queries
Liaised professionally and in a timely fashion with colleagues
Work closely with office manager
Working on switchboard
