The Ideal Candidate:

• Has prior Estate Agency and customer service experience.
• Is target-driven, tenacious, and has a proven record of hitting targets.
• Is an inspiring leader who motivates their team to excel.
• Provides outstanding service and maintains high standards.
• Is organised, innovative, and driven to increase market growth.
• Holds a full UK driving licence, has their own vehicle with business insurance, and has the legal right to work in the UK.
