Summary Responsibilities

  • Deliver online and in-person (across our services) quality training to meet learning outcomes and aligned to strategic and operational needs.
  • Build training content and report on compliance via the online learning platform.
  • Relationship building with colleagues and operational managers to help them achieve their KPIs and identify training needs.
  • Undertake core training duties e.g. Induction & mandatory update days.
  • Complete workplace assessments including observations and sign-offs of key competencies.
  • Deliver existing courses and update as needed.

Essential

  • Experience of use of technology and online packages to aid training delivery
  • Driver's licence
  • Practical knowledge of delivering training to different learning styles
  • Skilled at writing up observations and delivering feedback
Desirable

  • Experience of Kallidus LMS
  • Experience of health and social care sector
  • Delivery of core training for health and social care
  • Relevant training or assessor qualification
  • Delivery of moving and handling of people training
  • Deliver training to divergent audiences from different sectors across the organisation

Additional Information

  • Duties must be carried out in compliance with St Monica Trust's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy.

Hours: 35 hours, Monday to Friday ( part time hours may be considered)

Pay: £29,211 per annum.

Please note- This is a fixed term, office based role for 12 months. The possibility of one day working remotely, can be discussed at interview.
