Salary: £20.25ph plus O/T1 £30.38ph, O/T2 £40.50ph, bonuses when applicable plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 38 hours per week.

Monday - Friday 08:00 to 16:30 (2.30pm finish on a Friday)

You will be required to work additional hours on outages and when required

Overtime would be regular during the outage season.

Company van & diesel car provided, hotels and meal expenses whilst working away from home

Location: Mobile throughout the UK working on our Energy Recovery Facility sites (Ellesmere Port, Durham, Leeds, Sheffield, Shrewsbury, Four Ashes, Birmingham, Basingstoke, Southampton, Portsmouth, SE London, Brighton, Belfast)

What will you be doing?

• Working within a multi skilled Mechanical Services team
  
• Completing welding operations to a radiographic standards
  
• Adhere to welding protocols, quality controls and site safety regulations
  
• Identify and report potential welding problems/issues accordingly
  
• Completing works on various materials covering MMA / TIG / MIG covering Carbon
  
• Steel / Stainless / Inconel works to ISO EN9606-1 & 7 and ASME IX
  
• Trade test required to be completed
  

What are we looking for?

• Experience within the power industry
  
• Boiler breakdown/repair response requirement, with relevant experience of boiler repair work.
  
• Mirror welding capability
  
• NVQ Level 2/3
  
• CCNSG Safety Passport
