Internal Sales Support Engineer / Technical Advisor / Engineering Coordinator required to join a global leading engineering manufacturer. 

The successful Internal Sales Support Engineer / Technical Advisor / Engineering Coordinator shall be Office-based providing technical support, proposals, quotations, and service solutions to customers and engineers within the pump industry, with a focus on troubleshooting, maintenance guidance, and collaborating closely with service and engineering departments. 

The successful Internal Sales Support Engineer / Technical Advisor / Engineering Coordinator will ideally have experience in a technical support, sales, or service role within mechanical engineering.  Service Engineers looking to come off the tools and progress into a technical engineering support role are encouraged to apply.  

Package 

£31,000-£35,000 depending on experience

Internal Sales Support Engineer / Technical Advisor / Engineering Coordinator Role

Office-based, providing technical support, quotations, proposals and service solutions to customers and engineers within the pump industry.
Provide customers and engineers with technical service support on a variety of pumps and associated products.  
Responsible for answering technical enquiries about various pump products, including installations, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. 
Working closely with the Pumps Service Department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service is provided. 
Liaise with various engineering departments. 
Office based in Burton on Trent with hybrid opportunities. Internal Sales Support Engineer / Technical Advisor / Engineering Coordinator Requirements

Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable pumps manufacturer. 
Ability to handle or willingness to learn technical mechanical engineering application issues.  
Experience as an Applications Engineer, Proposals Engineer, Internal Sales Engineer, Technical Advisor, Technical Support Engineer, Technical Sales Support or similar in Engineering. 
Service Engineers looking to come off the tools would also be of interest. 
A technical engineering qualification would be advantageous. 
Knowledge of the pumps such as centrifugal, submersible, sewage, diaphragm, positive displacement, HVAC and/or other pump related products is advantageous, full product training is provided.
