Salary: £31650 - £49084/annum

We are seeking passionate and positive Primary Teachers to join our schools across Leicestershire. Positions are available in both KS1 and KS2.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement and a love for learning.

* Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

* Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.

* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, other teachers, and SENCO to provide comprehensive support.

* Communicate effectively with parents/carers to provide regular updates on their child's progress.

* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in education.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Experience working within a primary school setting.

* A good understanding of SEN, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Dyslexia, and Speech and Language Disorders and how to plan appropriately for these needs.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children.

* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed
