I am recruiting for a PE backed property and real estate portfolio company who are looking to recruit an FP&A analyst into their team for 3-6 months, possibly to convert permanently, based in Central London.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning and Forecasting:

• Production of asset cash flows as part of annual Budget & quarterly reforecast process
• Business partnering with Asset & Portfolio Management team - main point of contact for ad-hoc MI analysis (CapEx decision, rent reviews etc)
• Conduct monthly reviews and analysis on Asset & Portfolio level Financial & Operational performance
• Provide business rationale and decisions for month-end financial performance and forecasting.
• Feed into wider FP&A team platform level liquidity forecasting processes

• Reporting and Metrics:

• Production of Asset related components of monthly internal reporting packs
• Production of Asset related components of quarterly Shareholder reporting packs

• Change & Transformation

• Partnering with Technology team to facilitate the businesses transition to more automated / tech based solutions for forecasting & reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• ACA or equivalent qualification
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
• Experience using Anaplan (or similar forecasting tool)
