Production Manager - Oxfordshire - c£50,000- £55,000

Overview: Are you a Shift Production Manager who can demonstrate experience of developing people and making improvements within the factory? This is a great opportunity for you to work with a leading player in their field.

As a Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring products meet the highest standards. You'll lead a team of Shift Leaders and supervisors to ensure your shift hits all the daily, weekly and monthly targets.

Experience Required:

* Manufacturing experience, ideally food or FMCG but others will be considered too

* Ability to manage teams.

* Strong communication skills

* Personal drive and motivation to succeed

Role/Responsibilities:

* Day to day production responsibility of managing your team in the factory.

* Developing plans to deliver cost effective manufacturing for the site.

* Training and developing your team to become multiskilled within the factory.

* Health and safety - working to high standards GMP.

* Ensure waste targets are met and if not, corrective action takes place.
