This role will see the suitable candidate maintain a wide range of equipment, acting as a leading figure within the team and enabling junior inspectors development and success. The right candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills to direct and support colleagues as well as a strong knowledge of written documents such as risk assessments and progress reports.

The Role:

Provide support and knowledge to a range of junior workers, enabling their success
Conduct thorough inspections of a wide variety of lifting equipment including Manual / Powered Hoists and lifting accessories according to LOLER and PUWER standards
Identify and document equipment defects, malfunctions and safety concerns
Maintain accurate and detailed inspections reports for compliance purposes
Service, Repair and Inspect lifting equipment in the company workshop
Complete necessary paperwork in line with the companies set procedures
Adhering to QHSE regulations to ensure accurate and effective inspections
Perform a range of repairs in line with regulationsThe Person:
