MUST HAVE Consultancy Experience

We are looking for an experienced Capacity Manager to join our boutique consultancy client to ensure smooth running of the whole business. 
You will need to have worked in a consultancy previously, and have a good understanding of the functions and operations of the company. 

Duties include:
Monitor the activities and performance of team members, particularly within the GBS, BPO, and PMO teams.
Keep track of the billability of all team members.
Work closely with senior management to align team activities with company goals and objectives.
Provide regular updates and reports on team performance, project statuses, and any issues that could impact operations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
