We are pleased to announce that we are working exclusively with an international organisation who are looking to recruit a Head of Finance & Accounting. The finance team are spread across different sites and whilst you will mainly be based in their Mid Kent office, you will be required to spend time at the other sites, however, you will have full autonomy over the frequency of these visits.

Reporting to the MD, responsibilities will include:
•    Overseeing and managing all UK entities 
•    Line management of the finance team
•    Budgeting and Forecasting
•    Advising on all financial matters to support strategic decision-making
•    Overseeing statutory reporting and year-end Group reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS
•    Continuously identifying and implementing process improvements

The successful candidate will:
•    Be ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA qualified
•    Have experience working with multiple entities, teams and countries 
•    Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills 
•    Be able to communicate effectively with all senior members of the business, including non-finance departments
