Role Overview:

An FM Technical Planner is responsible for developing detailed plans and schedules for facility maintenance and repair activities, utilising technical expertise to ensure efficient operations, cost optimisation, and compliance with building regulations, by coordinating with various stakeholders, analysing data, and managing work orders within a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)/Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) Software to maintain a safe and functional facility environment.
