Electrical Supervisor Opportunity - Live Financial Building - Tier 1 M&E Contractor

MK Search are proud to be working alongside a Leading M&E contractor who are currently experiencing a natural period of growth and are currently looking to engage with Electrical Supervisors to join the expanding team.

Our client have a strong presence within Commercial, Financial Institutions, Critical Services and Retail in Central London with a current turnover of £40 million this is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading M&E contractor who put progression at the forefront of their business whilst being able to work on some of London's most notable schemes.

Role/Responsibilities:

* Management of subcontractor labour

* Attend site meetings

* Progress reports

* Prepare contract documents I.e. method statements, risk assessments, RFIs, etc.

* Health and safety

* Review and amend RAMS

* Snagging

* Work with the Project Manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project.

The M&E values of the developments varying from £500k - £4m in M&E value which you will deliver in partnership with the construction team of the same business. Sign off to very attractive salaries in todays market and a clear progression path in plave from the beginning of your tenure.
