Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (1 hours lunch)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling incoming calls, emails, and web chat with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Assist customers with product information, order placement, and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot common issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and information.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service role, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Proficient in using IT systems and software applications.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanour, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
