We are looking for a Sales Support Advisor to join our client in Verwood, a leading supplier of industrial, commercial, and office equipment. £23,500.00 per year - plus annual bonus

Monday - Thursday: 8.30am to 5pm / Friday: 8.30am to 4pm

As a key member of the Sales Support team, you will:

Process orders from new and existing customers quickly and accurately.
Create tailored quotations based on customer needs.
Handle inbound telephone calls and webchats.
Maintain up-to-date records in the database.
Provide clear, accurate information to customers regarding orders.
Stay informed on promotional activity to maximise sales.What We're Looking For

Excellent phone manner and strong written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
A flexible, organised, and reliable team player.
Knowledge of AX2012 is a plus, but training is provided.INDCP
