About the Opportunity:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Year 5 Teacher who is ready to take on full responsibility within the classroom while supporting and guiding the other Year 5 Teacher and KS2 staff. The role will involve mentoring the other Year 5 Teacher, who is an ECT, and playing a key part in shaping the success of the Year 5 team.

Role Overview:
As a Year 5 Teacher with SLT Responsibility, you will:
* Take full responsibility for the teaching and learning in Year 5.
* Mentor and support the other Year 5 Teacher (an ECT) and KS2 staff.
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across the curriculum.
* Lead by example, demonstrating a strong understanding of teaching and learning.
* Be an integral part of the school's leadership team, contributing to the school's continued success.
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support children's progress.
