Greenwellgleeson are pleased to be working with a fast growing manufacturing business based in Coventry.Responsibilities:Preparation of draft monthly management accounts pack to present to management for review.Explanation of variances to budget and prior year in management accounts.Preparation of accruals, prepayments and inter company journals.Manage the balance sheet reconciliation process ensuring completion, content and accuracy.Involvement with weekly stock takes with weekly spot checks carried out.Calculation and understanding of weekly materials, weekly labour, overhead and distribution costsReviewing trends and providing supporting commentary and analysisAssist in month end reporting and closeWork to support key stakeholders including other departments, auditors and othersThe ideal Candidate:Part Qualified CIMA/ACCAStrong Excel skills, Power BI would also be an advantageAn understanding or/experience of manufacturing would be an advantageExperience of analysing information and interpreting dataCommunication skills demonstrated by working with a range of stakeholdersGreenwell Gleeson Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
