Assistant Project Manager - Luxury Residential Construction

A well-established construction company, specialising in high-end residential mansions across London, is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join the team. This role will work closely with the Project Manager and Project Director on a new luxury residential project.

The Role:

• Supporting the design team, appointing consultants, and managing the tendering and procurement process.

• Assisting with project programmes and contracts, ensuring everything stays on track.

• Helping to bring contractors on board and managing the project through the construction phase.

• Overseeing snagging and defects to ensure a high-quality finish.
