I am recruiting on behalf of a food manufacturing company who are seeking an experienced and people-focused Team Leader to join the team. If you have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and are ready to make a positive impact, I want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee manufacturing processes to meet business goals and production schedules.
Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Develop and train a well-balanced, multiskilled team.
Maintain quality standards for food safety and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement in production efficiency and product quality.
Achieve business KPIs focused on yield, labour, and line efficiencies.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing small teams.
Experience in the FMCG food industry is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate a team.
Experience in an ambient/chilled supply environment is advantageous.
