I have exclusively partnered with a key Morson customer to appoint a Communications Business Partner covering the North London region.

About the role:

• Build relationships and influence on our strategy, priorities, values, and direction withthe confidence to constructively challenge, influence and guide communicationsdecisions.
• Play a critical role in positively building our brand internally and externally, activelyleading on shaping the reputation of the organisation.
• Deliver creative and on message communications materials, including website,intranet, print, film, digital and social media content.
• Work on an ‘on call’ rota, one week at a time, shared between the team throughoutthe year.
• Corporate public relations, crisis communications andissues management is a key part of the role.
• Write for a range of communication channels, flexing tone and style to suitthe message and the audience group.

About you:

• Experience as a Press Officer or a Communications specialist, who has dealt with the press is key.
• Ability to build and develop long-term relationships.
• React to crisis management scenarios.
• Work effectively, within a wider team.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to travel 2-3 days per week within the designated geography.
