Children's Registered Manager / Operations Manager

I am recruiting for a Children's Home Manager to open and manage a children's home, before moving into an Operations Manager role within 12-18 months.

This role is perfect for either experienced Operations Managers who are looking to be a part of something or experienced Registered Managers looking for the next step of their careers.

The home is based in Whally Range, with growth expected across the northwest.

• Manage, recruit, develop and help train staff team
• Ensure the service is safe and effective in creating positive outcomes for children and young people
• Within 18 months move into an operations role, leading the growth, expansion and development of the organisation in the North West
• Whally Range based
• Full-time, permanent role

Pay:

• £55,000 - £70,000 DOE
• + up to £6,500
• Pay to increase when moved into an operations role

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
• Experience achieving at least GOOD Ofsted inspections
• Registered Management experience is essential
• Operations Management / Multi-site management experience is desirable
• Driving Licence
