Facilities Coordinator
Location: Harrogate | Salary: £29,000

Role Overview:
As the first point of contact on our Hard & Soft FM Helpdesk, you'll handle maintenance requests, assign tasks, and track progress using our CAFM system.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive and prioritize maintenance requests via phone, email, or in person.

* Allocate and monitor maintenance tasks, ensuring timely updates and closures in CAFM.

* Manage Planned Maintenance and subcontractor work orders.

* Support purchase orders for materials and subcontractors.

* Maintain records and assist with contract compliance.
