Roles and Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from new and existing customers to provide quotes and set up insurance cover.
• Make outgoing calls to customers who have shown interest through various sources to offer quotes and arrange cover.
• Deliver excellent customer service by handling policy inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Skills and Experience

• At least 1 year of experience selling and managing home insurance policies in the past 2 years.

Nice to Have (but not required)

• Experience using the Open GI broking platform.
• CII qualifications.
