Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Prepare and present monthly management accounts and financial reports to senior leadership.

  • Monitor cash flow and implement strategies to ensure financial stability.

  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

  • Oversee internal controls and implement best practices in financial management.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business performance and decision-making.

  • Assist with strategic planning, including cost analysis and investment decisions.

  • Provide leadership and mentoring to junior members of the finance team.

Profile

Skills & Experience

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified (or equivalent)

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a logistics or fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of financial principles, reporting, and compliance.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop a team.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business.
