Salary: £50000/annum car allow £7,000 plus £5,000 bonus

Covering Cardiff, Cheltenham, Bournemouth, and Durham

Working 3 days onsite in showrooms, one day in Exeter and 1 day from home

My client is seeking a highly structured, process-driven, and high energy Retail Sales Training Manager to ensure standards are met and exceeded.

As a Retail Sales Training Manager you will have excellent coaching, training, and mentoring skills with a “hands-on” approach and a keen eye for detail and operational excellence with the ability to hold people accountable while also supporting and developing them.

As a Retail Sales Training Manager, you will be enthusiastic about developing people and transforming retail spaces into high-performing showrooms that drive sales growth.

Duties

* You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, implementing key processes, monitoring KPIs, setting clear objectives, designed to enhance sales performance and customer experience.

* You will elevate showroom standards and ensure that the retail sales teams are fully trained, processes are consistently met

* The ultimate goal is to create structured, high-performing retail environments where every showroom has the tools and support needed to succeed

* You will train, coach, and mentor store management and staff to excel in key sales and showroom processes.

* Develop and implement a structured retail practice guidebook around sales and customer processes and ensure showroom presentation, customer experience and sales processes are executed consistently.

* Ensure the retail sales teams are accountable to high performance and operational excellence

* Identify gaps in training, skills or processes and provide hands-on support to resolve them.

* Analyse showroom performance data to identify key areas for improvement

* Work closely with senior management to drive sustainable sales growth
