This is an excellent opportunity to join a multidisciplined firm who provide expert design services to various clients across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architect to join their Portishead studios and lead on a range of residential and mixed-use projects.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architect, you will need to have good post RIBA part 3 qualification experience working within the residential sector. The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate proficiency with AutoCAD and need excellent residential layout design and architectural skills.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architect:

Successfully completed your RIBA part 3 qualification
Good post qualification experience within a UK practice
Strong residential layout design and architectural skills
Experience working on residential projects
Interest in urban design and architecture
Good knowledge of legislations and ensure projects comply with CDM regulations
Proficient with AutoCAD
Excellent communication and organisation skills
