A leading entertainment provider is looking to hire a CRM Data Analyst to join their Analytics function

THE COMPANY

The business are a leading and global entertainment provider specialised in the theatre space, with multiple venues across the globe and running thousands of shows each year.

And they are seeking to hire a CRM Data Analyst to join their Customer Analytics team and support the business as it undergoes a period of rapid growth.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transforming key reporting areas into high-level dashboard solutions using Power BI

• Enhancing the businesses reporting capabilities

• Analysing data and providing key insights to stakeholders

• Provide insights and recommendations to enable the business to make data-driven decisions

• Working with senior stakeholders and clients across the business

YOUR KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong technical experience in SQL and Power BI

• Proven track record working with CRM and Marketing data

• Strong stakeholder management skills
