H9 Human Resources are currently working with a leading organisation in the public sector who are looking for a HR Officer.

Duties
- Responsible for drawing up contracts of employment for all new staff
- Create and maintain accurate employee records on the electronic HR system
- Be responsible for the monitoring and reporting of staff absence
- Supporting absent staff, conducting welfare checks, arranging and holding staff absence meetings & Manage the staff leaver processes.
- Liaise with the HR and Recruitment Assistant on all recruitment campaigns.
- Effectively advise on and manage a range of employee relations cases and HR processes through to completion
- Administer the appraisal process for staff
- Providing advice and guidance to managers on HR best practice and legislation
Package
- 4 days onsite in Doncaster with 1 day in Normanton
