SALARY: £33,000 plus bonus scheme (£36,000 OTE)

As a Cleaning Service Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the best service while managing a dedicated team of staff. You'll work closely with a mobile cleaner to deliver exceptional results for our customers across diverse sites, including offices, schools, industrial facilities, and healthcare environments, in your designated area.

LOCATION: Based at our Milton Keynes office, with travel to sites nearby in your defined area. This role includes a mix of office work, home working, and visits to different locations.

WORKING HOURS:
● 5 days a week, up to 40 hours
● Mostly Monday to Friday in the afternoons and evenings.
● Flexibility is key, as early mornings, daytime, nights or weekend work may sometimes be needed.
● You will be part of a supportive team and you will organise your own schedule.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage cleaning services across a reasonable and realistic area. Make sure everything runs smoothly, the work is high-quality, and customers are happy. You generate the "buzz" of a busy, vibrant cleaning business and we show you how to excel!

Leadership & Management
● Lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver exceptional results across your area
● Act as a role model, promoting Tatry Group's core values and maintaining a positive work culture.
● Handle absence, probation reviews, and HR-related meetings as the line manager for your area. Service Management
● Ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met at every site.
● Conduct regular site audits and implement improvements where needed.
● Manage schedules to ensure services are delivered on time and efficiently
● Visit sites, and make sure equipment is ready and sites are fully equipped.

Customer Relationships
● Build strong, positive relationships with customers.
● Act as your area's main point of contact, addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
● Provide regular updates and ensure customer satisfaction.

Recruitment and Onboarding
● Assist in recruiting new team members when needed.
● Ensure new hires are properly trained and ready to deliver excellent service.
● Provide ongoing training and guidance to ensure consistent performance.

Health, Safety, and Compliance
● Ensure all sites follow health and safety regulations.
● Maintain compliance with company policies.
● Promote a culture of safety within your team.

You will also be part of our Duty Manager scheme, taking on out-of-hours responsibilities on a rotation basis to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer support around the clock.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
● A proactive, hands-on leader with excellent organisational skills.
● A flexible attitude and willingness to support the team and learn new skills
● Previous experience in cleaning or facilities management is desirable but not essential.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff. ● A valid UK driving license (for visiting customer sites
● An Enhanced DBS (background check). We will help you apply if you don't already have one. This position is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
