The Associate Building Surveyor's Role

As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a critical role in managing and mentoring junior team members while maintaining and expanding client relationships. You will deliver a blend of project and professional services across a range of sectors, including education, social housing, and commercial properties.

Key responsibilities include:

Generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships.
Managing a team and ensuring high performance while fostering career growth.
Delivering professional and project services such as condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and project management.
Acting as a key figure in business development activities to drive growth.

The Ideal Associate Building Surveyor Will Have

MRICS qualification with a RICS-accredited degree.
Proven experience in a consultancy or private practice.
A strong client-facing presence with commercial awareness.
Line management skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
A proactive, motivated approach to business development.
