My client is a is a growing top 40 accountancy practice who provide expert solutions for entrepreneurial businesses and private individuals in Central and Southern England. To support the organisation's growth, they have created a new opportunity for an IT Assistant to join their Oxford IT team. This is a permanent full-time role with hybrid and flexible working options.

The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

Monitoring our internal IT helpdesk and responding to queries in a timely manner
Monitoring the use of software (e.g. Microsoft) and hardware (e.g. Printers) and looking for ways to improve our existing systems
Training and assisting with IT inductions for new starters
Liaising with third party suppliers
Ordering and setting up new and replacement IT equipment
