Key Responsibilities
Production Management
* Collaborate with project teams to plan and drive project timelines
* Advise on suitable materials and production techniques, considering sustainability, brand nuances, and budgets
* Ensure accurate and appropriate Works Orders
* Participate in project kick-off meetings
* Maintain high standards of quality control
Leadership and Planning
* Support the Production Team Manager in resolving department-wide risks and opportunities
* Ensure consistent workflow from Project Team to Studio and Production
* Participate in Production Management Meetings
* Monitor production capacity and communicate effectively
* Collaborate with Design & Studio Teams on specific jobs and projects
Financial and Commercial Management
* Maximise project efficiency in terms of lead times, material selection, and quality control
* Balance brand identities and sustainability requirements
Qualifications and Skills
* Extensive experience in the graphics and creative production industry
* Excellent time management skills
* Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong communication and leadership skills
