Senior Energy Bureau Analyst

Consult Energy are working with a leading energy consultancy dedicated to providing innovative and sustainable solutions to businesses, helping them navigate the evolving energy landscape.

We are seeking a Senior Energy Bureau Analyst with a strong background in utilities and energy management, who is analytical, proactive, and possesses exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, generating and delivering utility budgets, ensuring process efficiency, and contributing to the strategic direction of the Bureau Services team.

Senior Energy Bureau Analyst - Key Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for generating and delivering utility budgets to clients, working closely with internal teams and clients to build robust and accurate budget forecasts that meet their needs and objectives.
Act as the main point of contact for all bureau services-related queries for an allocated portfolio of clients.
Maintain a high level of accuracy for all accounts when completing financial deliverables (e.g., reconciliations, journal recharging, payment files, payment processing, one billing, etc.).
Manage and oversee the workflow to ensure adherence to SLAs (service level agreements). Senior Energy Bureau Analyst- Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 18 months of experience in energy management, energy bureau services, or related roles, with a proven track record of managing complex client portfolios and delivering results.
Analytical Skills: Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for energy savings.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in reporting and data validation. Benefits:
