Do you possess knowledge of automotive car parts?Are you seeking a new role with hybrid working opportunities?Our client, based in Warwick, is a leading automotive supplier that enjoys an enviable reputation for its expertise and is now looking for a Car Parts Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday-Friday, with hybrid working. The ideal candidate would have experience working in the automotive industry and possess knowledge of automotive parts and engineering. In addition to this, they are looking for a great problem solver and someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business that can further develop your career.Key Responsibilities:
  • Input part numbers into the PIM system as requested by Product Line.
  • Conduct competitor research into automotive parts looking to increase market share and opportunities.
  • Keep data storage up to date with accurate information from competitor research.
  • Ensure part numbers are correctly added and stored to the database.
  • Liaise in house photography team to ensure correct images are uploaded with relevant parts.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as Category, Product and Engineering.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience working in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry.
  • Previous experience using cataloguing systems in a main dealership or aftermarket.
  • Good understanding of automotive car parts with some mechanical knowledge.
  • Prior experience using ERP’s and industry cataloguing tools, CCU desirable.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of most Microsoft Applications
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
  • Committed team player.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Able to build trust with stakeholders and understand the customer's perspective.
