Global Accounting Network are partnered with a renowned hotel, looking for an assistant accountant to support their fast paced team for a 3 month period.

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of a leading hotel while developing your career in management accounting.

This is a 3 month contract, based 5 days per week in their central London office!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Maintain and reconcile financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

• Assist in cost control and financial reporting for various hotel departments.

• Collaborate with department heads to monitor financial performance and provide recommendations.

• Continuously improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a similar finance or accounting role, within the hospitality or hotel industry

• Have experience in an Accounts Payable position previously

• Ability to work in a fast paced enviroment

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
