Quantity Surveyor - GloucesterDue to continued growth the position of Quantity Surveyor has become available to join our successful team based in Gloucester.

We have an exciting opportunity on our EDF Project Controls Resource Framework to be involved in the exciting challenge of defueling and decommissioning the AGR nuclear power station. This is a first of a kind endeavour in the UK.

Please note potential candidates for this role must be able to obtain and retain CTC security clearance to be able to be considered for this position.

This will be a hybrid role with flexibility on days worked in the office. This role also requires monthly travel to sites (Sizewell B & Dungeness B, and other sites when required).

Role Requirements

• Excellent understanding of commercial, contractual, and financial project drivers.

• Practical measurement experience using an industry recognised methods of measurement (NRM2, SMM7, CESMM4, etc.).

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar field. Proven post graduate experience in construction industry in a commercial role

• Must be eligible for CTC level Security Clearance (3 years residency in the UK)
