Customer Service Executive

Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:30 PM 

£23,000-£25,000 per annum

As a customer service executive, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to each individual customer
• Handling escalated customer complaints and resolving them in a timely and professional manner
• Developing and implementing customer service policies, procedures, and standards
• Training and coaching new and existing staff on best practices and customer service skills
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the team and providing feedback and guidance
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Reporting on customer service metrics and trends

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or a related fieldA minimum of 3 years of experience as a customer service executive or a similar roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbalStrong leadership and management skillsProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasksA positive and customer-oriented attitudeIf you are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV and a cover letter to by November 30, 2023.
